The short version

This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics or advertising scripts, and has no user accounts. We process no data for marketing purposes.

MRN lookups

An MRN you enter is relayed by our server to the European Commission's public MRN follow-up service (DDS2) to display the declaration status. Numbers are not stored permanently; to limit load, the lookup result is kept in server memory for up to 10 minutes.

IP addresses and abuse protection

To limit automated requests, your IP address is processed transiently in server memory (rate limiting), based on our legitimate interest in running the service safely (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The hosting infrastructure may additionally keep short-lived technical server logs (IP address, request time) for operational security.

Everything else

All other features of this site run entirely in your browser and send nothing to our server.

Under the GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection — contact us at the e-mail address above. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; the lead authority for the controller is the Polish UODO.
