CloseMRN operates this independent information tool for freight forwarders, carriers and exporters. The tool and guides are free to use and do not require ordering a service.
Where the data comes from
Our server retrieves MRN information from the European Commission's public lookup. Results may be delayed or incomplete. Retrieval time is not the time of the latest update in the customs system. This tool does not download proof of exit or discharge a transit procedure.
Using the guides
The guides distinguish public information, documents and operational next steps. Relevant sections link to official sources or system operators. The update date refers to the page's content, not the status of a declaration. The material does not replace an assessment of the documents and applicable procedure in a particular case.
Report an issue
To suggest a correction, send the page address and a description to the operator's contact below. Do not put customer identifiers or documents in public comments or page addresses.
